简历介绍:
2003年毕业于安徽大学,获理学学士学位;2010年毕业于中国科学院大连化学物理研究所,获得分析化学专业博士学位;2010-2015年在美国耶鲁大学生物医学工程系从事博士后研究,2015年回国工作至今,2021年晋升为研究员。长期聚焦微流控芯片与单细胞分析技术前沿,面向国家精准医学与免疫/细胞治疗战略需求,围绕细胞功能高通量、可解释测量的关键瓶颈开展技术攻关,在关键共性平台与自主可控工具体系方面形成系统创新。相关工作发表于PNAS, Nature Communications, Science Signaling等期刊,研究论文单篇最高他引800+次(Google scholar);共同主编中文、英文专著各一部。主持包括国家自然科学基金(4项)、国家重点研发计划课题、人社部留学人员科技项目择优资助、大连化物所创新基金等科研项目十余项,入选国家万人计划青年拔尖人才、中国科学院青年创新促进会优秀会员、辽宁省自然科学基金青年基金项目(A类)等人才项目。作为主要发明人发展的单细胞分泌蛋白分析技术实现转化(美国Bruker公司),被全球100余家制药公司(包括世界top15的所有药企)及肿瘤中心采用,帮助肿瘤免疫/细胞治疗药物开发与临床测试,被美国著名科普杂志《科学家》(The Scientist)评选为2017年度十大医疗技术发明首位。
